We test all desktops when completing the migration and make sure your employees can be productive right away. A dedicated support team is assigned to you to answer questions or address issues for your employees through the install, and every day you use the SOHOsmart platform. Server Support...

All server support is provided at a fixed monthly fee. Most server issues are identified by the support team before you even know there is a problem.

If the error can be corrected after hours, then downtime time is minimized.

If the error is an emergency, then the team will attempt to correct immediately.

In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure a network engineer may need to be dispatched to provide hands on support.

Desktop Support...

Desktop support is included in every contract.

The desktop support team will ask permission to shadow your PC with remote desktop management software that we provide and attempt to solve your problem quickly. SOHOsmart strives to provide our customers with a dependable, secure, robust network platform. We never charge by the hour, and we provide our solution for a fixed, affordable price.
