This allows us to provide end-users with reliable equipment and outstanding support. Each of our support representatives is familiar with the exact model of hardware and exact version of software each user has. When a user calls in, this allows our support technicians to give detailed, easy to understand directions on how to solve a problem.

In some cases, it would not be efficient to include hardware in an end-user's solution. Our software-only offering allows a remote or temporary worker to use their own computer to securely access and use resources on the corporate network. Users with full solutions can use this technology to access their resources when they're away from their regular computer.

Our thin client offering is great for many regular desktop users. Thin clients use significantly less electricity to operate than standard desktops. Security advantages of thin clients include their resistance to viruses and lack of local media drives. By placing the processor power and memory requirements on a few very fast servers, rather than individual desktop machines, the upgrade cycle becomes far less disruptive.

Thin clients are not perfect for every user. Some users require the portability of a laptop for presentations or mobility. Users that spend a significant amount of time at a desk may need the added convenience of a docking station with standard desktop peripherals.
