If the error can be corrected after hours, then downtime time is minimized.

If the error is an emergency, then the team will attempt to correct immediately.

In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure a network engineer may need to be dispatched to provide hands on support.

Desktop support is included in every contract.

The desktop support team will ask permission to shadow your PC with remote desktop management software that we provide and attempt to solve your problem quickly.
